This beautiful large DOVETAIL came from Southeast Missouri and comes with a Roy Motley Certificate of Authenticity. It is no brainer authentic and shows nice use with great patination. It is made from a fantastic colorful piece of chert. It has a great classic ground base and a nice resharpening bevel. It is a large example. There is no modern damage, but there is some ancient Indian use wear. This is a really nice and overall well crafted Dovetail point that will of course make an excellent addition to any authentic collection.
