Artifacts Museum

This group of items are personal finds that I have collected throughout the years. Only one of the two shells you see pictured is a personal find. The other shell was found in the same area as mine. I purchased it from a friend of the finder and framed them together. Most of the finds you see pictured came from Missouri. Some were creek finds, some were found field walking, and others were dug on my site. Several of my finds were dug with permission on private land.

Menz Site Personal Finds

These were found on the Menz site when it was leveled for farming between 2008 and 2009.

This is a grouping of some of my favorite personal finds. There are few great ones missing; I will post a more complete rendition soon, including the other pieces.

Copena Menz farm find.

I found this on the Menz site when it was leveled for farming between 2008 and 2009. It appears to be a Copena point. This is normally a Tennessee / Kentucky type. Very odd to find one in Missouri, but sure enough we did.
