This wonderful STONE SQUARE STEM is a river find out of St Charles Co Missouri. The material is a fantastic piece of Rhyolite that is heavily river polished. Stone Square Stem's are Middle Archaic in age, ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 years old. The material on this piece alone makes it a beautiful addition to any authentic collection and a must have for the river stain frame! It was found by a new friend of mine who sold me his collection.
