This really nice STILLWELL came from Pike Co Illinois and is obviously authentic. It shows nice use and great patination in the form of raised mineral deposits. It is made from a classic piece of Burlington chert. It has very nice serrated edge work and no modern damage. This is a well crafted Stillwell point and it will make an excellent addition to any authentic collection. Stillwells are Early Archaic in age, making this point 8,500 to 9,500 years old!
