This fantastic RICE LOBED came from Greene Co Missouri and comes with a Roy Motley Certificate of Authenticity. It is obviously authentic and shows nice use with great patination. It is made from a beautiful piece of sparkling Oolithic chert. It has a great resharpening bevel and nice serrated edge work. There is no modern damage. This is a really nice Rice Lobed point that will make an excellent addition to any authentic collection. Rice Lobed are considered Early Archaic in age, making this 9,500 to 8,000 years old!
