This HARDIN came from Madison Co Illinois and was part of the Steve Barkley Collection. It comes with a Ken Partain Certificate of Authenticity. This is a very desirable material among collectors! It has the traditional basal and haft grinding the type are know for. Hardin points are Early Archaic in age, ranging form 7,000 to 10,000 years old! This is a thin, well crafted relic and it will make an excellent addition to any authentic collection. It is nicer in the hand then the picture would suggest! This is easily one of my top three favorite artifact types to collect and i always have a hard time making the decision to sell a Hardin!.
