This wonderful GIBSON came from Southeast Missouri and is made from a fantastic mottled chert with excellent raised mineral deposits throughout the point. It shows excellent edge work and a great base. Gibson points are Middle to Late Woodland in age, ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 years old. A killer example like this one is a must have for any collection!
