This is a truly spectacular ARCHAIC KNIFE from Central Texas! The material is a translucent piece of Edward's Plateau chert and shows nice patination throughout the point. This knife is credit card thin! The pictures we took really don't show off the thinness! Any relic this finely made is lucky to have been found in tact! Especially considering, as a relic from the Archaic age, this blade has been in the ground for at least 3,000 years! I have no doubt it will make a killer addition to any Texas or authentic collection!
