This fantastic DOVETAIL was found by Bill Barnes in 1984 in Tennessee. It was part of the James Roberts Collection and comes with a Steve Granger Certificate of Authenticity. It is made from a beautiful piece of Fort Payne chert. It has killer serrated edge work and an excellent form overall. There is no modern damage. Dovetail points are Early Archaic in age, ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 years old!
