This excellent ARCHAIC LANCEOLATE was found by Spencer Bridges in Saline Co Missouri and was part of the Ryan Keele Collection. It comes with a Dwain Rogers Certificate of Authenticity. As Dwain writes on his COA, the point is similar to an Angostura, but has a more random flaking pattern. He also notes it may be Early Archaic in age. In any case, it is an obviously authentic relic that shows nice use and great patination through out the point. The material is a beautiful high glossy piece of Oolithic chert. It has nice edge work overall and no modern damage. This is a really nice Lanceolate point and I have no doubt it will make an awesome addition to any authentic collection.Size 3.74 inches in length.
