This fantastic APPLE CREEK came from St Charles Co Missouri and is a Missouri River find. The material is a beautiful heavily river polished piece of heated Burlington chert. Apple Creek points are Middle to Late Woodland in age, ranging from 1,500 to 1,700 years old. A glossy piece of river candy like this one will make an excellent addition to any authentic collection.
