This spectacular AGATE BASIN came out of Callaway Co Missouri and shows wonderful flaking with excellent mineral deposits. The material is a high quality piece of Burlington chert. It has fine basal grinding and is wonderfully flaked. The hafting area is heavily ground a little over halfway up the point. Agate Basin points are Transitional Paleo in age, ranging from 9,350 to 10,550 years old! We really couldn't capture the nice flaking in the pictures, but I assure you it is superb in the hand! I have no doubt of its authenticity and know that you will not be disappointed with this purchase!

Size 4.55 inches in length.   A32
