This beautiful AFTON came from Western Missouri and shows nice use with excellent patination. It is made from a beautiful glossy mottled material. It has great edge work and a nice needle tip. Afton points are typically Late Archaic in age, ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 years old. This is a great example made from a fantastic material that I have no doubt will look great framed with others of it's type!
