This fantastic HARDIN came from Calhoun Co Illinois and is obviously authentic. It shows nice use and great patination. It is made from a beautiful piece of Burlington chert. It has great edge work and a good resharpening bevel. It shows nice flaking and no modern damage. This is a really nice Hardin and it will make an excellent addition to any authentic collection. This point was nice enough to be put in our Web Museum to be displayed for the foreseeable future. It is an excellent example of the type.
