This very cool DOVETAIL came from Pike Co Missouri and is obviously authentic. It shows nice use and excellent patination. It is made from a nice heavily patinated material. It shows excellent notching and great basal grinding. It has use wear, but no modern damage. Dovetails are Early Archaic in age and are over 8,000 years old. If you want an absolutely 100% authentic Dovetail covered in patination, this will be the point for you.
