This killer CLOVIS was found by Burt Hodge in 1966 in Carroll Co Illinois. It was part of the Al Kennedy Collection and comes with two Certificates of Authenticity: one from Dwain Rogers and the other from Jerry Dickey*. It is obviously authentic. It shows nice use and great patination. It is made from beautiful piece of gray Dongola chert. It has great edge work and is very thin. There is no modern damage. Clovis points are Paleo in age, ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 years old! A relic this old with great history like this one will make an awesome addition to any authentic collection. This point is even nicer than pictured and will surprise you upon arrival!
